Who We Are

VideoPudding ("we", "us") runs the AI video service at videopudding.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What We Collect

• Account data: your name, email address, password (stored hashed) or the profile details from Google or GitHub if you sign in with them.
• Your content: the photos, videos, prompts and Talking Photo scripts you submit, and the videos and audio created from them. Photos can include faces and other information about you or others.
• Payment data: plan, order and credit history. Card and wallet details are handled by our payment providers and never reach our servers.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, IP address, and actions in the product such as starting a generation. If enabled, analytics tools collect this with cookies.

How We Use It

• To create your videos and show them to you.
• To run your account, credits, subscriptions and payments.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and enforce our Terms.
• To answer your support requests.
• To understand and improve the product, using aggregated usage data.

We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data.

Who We Share It With

• AI model providers. To create a video we send your photos and prompt to our video processing provider (fal.ai), which runs the selected model (for example from Kuaishou, MiniMax, ByteDance or Google). They process it only to produce your video.
• Voice provider. For Talking Photo we send the script you write to ElevenLabs, which turns it into speech.
• Infrastructure providers that host our app, database and file storage (such as Cloudflare).
• Payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal or Creem, to take payments.
• Email and analytics providers, if enabled, to send account emails and measure usage.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers are located outside your country. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How Long We Keep It

• Your photos and videos are kept until you delete them or close your account. Deleting a video removes it from your library right away; to have the underlying files erased from storage as well, email us and we will do it within 30 days.
• Account and payment records are kept while your account is open and afterwards as long as the law requires (for example, for tax).

Your Choices and Rights

You can delete videos from My Videos at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to some processing. Email support@videopudding.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and remember your language and theme. If analytics or advertising are enabled, we ask for consent where the law requires it.

Children

The service is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use encryption in transit, restricted access and other reasonable measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for material changes, let you know in the service.
